An Phong or AP Nguyen, age 25, is a Vietnamese/Canadian dancer/choreographer based in Montreal, Canada. He has been dancing for a little over 6 years, starting with an interest

towards freestyle, he eventually transitioned into choreography later on training in several different styles, such as creative choreography, popping, and hip hop.

AP mainly focuses on the creation of visual movement through video and performances to share his personal style with other dancers/viewers in Montreal. In addition to this, AP also is a teacher at multiple different studios around and outside of Montreal where he tries to push the boundaries of what a lot of people consider the “norm” in dance and explore more weirder options when it comes to creating choreography.

 He hopes to one day become a creative director of a dance company/collective where he could share his experience with other like-minded individuals.
